Kathleen Ramey, 82, of Concord, NC formerly of Franklin, NC, entered into rest on Thursday, January 6, 2005.

A native of Mooresville, NC, she was the daughter of the late William Oscar Bolick and Ethel Shumaker Bolick. She was married to the late Claude Ramey. Kathleen was a member of First Assembly of God Church, Franklin, NC.

She is survived by two children, Michael Ramey and wife Kerri of Franklin and Janice Dozier and husband George L. Dozier, Jr. of Marietta, GA; two sisters, Marcelle Reid of Huntersville, NC and Betty Ruth Gaskey of Mooresville, NC; three grandchildren; three great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral Services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday, January 10, in the Chapel of Macon Funeral Home. Rev. Fenton Jones and Rev. David Scruggs will officiate. Burial will be in the Woodlawn Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 4-6 p.m. Sunday, January 9, at Macon Funeral Home.

Pallbearers will be Jeff Reid, Steve Southard, Howard Southard, Nathan Bearden, Roger Stewart, Jim Bell and Ron Christie.

Memorial donations may be made to the Red Cross, 8111 Gatehouse Road, Falls Church, VA 22042.
