Obituary
June K. Fletcher, 62, of Franklin, passed away Tuesday, May 1, 2007.
A native of Detroit, Michigan, she was the daughter of the late Sidney Kirkpatrick and Lillian Andrews Kirkpatrick. She was a retired school teacher and a member of Emmanuel Presbyterian Church PCA.
She is survived by her husband of 36 years, Gary Lee Fletcher; three daughters, Mandy Leigh Fletcher of Tallahassee, FL, Ashley Sorensen and husband Erik of Colorado Springs, CO and Jami Lane Fletcher of Franklin; and one grandson, Torr M. Sorensen.
A Memorial Service will be held at 6:30 p.m. Monday, May 7 at Windy Gap Baptist Church. Rev. David Osborne will officiate.
The family will receive friends from 5-6:30 p.m., prior to the service at the Church.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Emmanuel Presbyterian Church PCA, 233 Arrowwood Lane, Franklin, NC 28734 or Franklin High School Athletic Association, 23 School Drive, Franklin, NC 28734.
