Judye Bryson, 73, of Franklin, passed away Monday, February 3, 2014.
Born in Atlanta, GA, she was the daughter of the late Donald Bryson and Mary Smith Bryson. She was a retired registered nurse, talented artist and singer, animal lover and will be remembered as loving and compassionate.
She is survived by seven children: Candace Wilkerson of Seattle, WA; Trent Wilkerson of Atlanta, GA; Kirstin Dodge (Paul) of Franklin, NC; Rachel Fletcher (Tony) of Melbourne, FL; Erica Massey (Duke) of St. Cloud, FL; Brenda Thompson (Jimmy) of Macon, GA and John Kraus, II (Julie) of Macon, GA; brother, Richard Bryson (Charlene) of Jackson, GA; seven grandchildren; beloved pets, Quiera and Zoë, and many extended family and cherished friends.
A Memorial Service will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday, February 6, at Cowee Baptist Church. Rev. Ronnie Branson and Rev. Vic Greene will officiate.
The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church.
