Joseph "Randy" Randolph Raby, 60, of Franklin passed away Thursday, December 26, 2013.

Born in Macon Co, he was the son of Doris Lakey Raby and the late Billy Bryson Raby. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by a brother, William Terry Raby. Randy worked at the local radio station as a radio announcer for 30 years. He was a member of Cowee Baptist Church.

In addition to his mother, he is survived by his wife, Karen Deal Raby and two sons, Casey Jennings and wife Stephanie Kyle Jennings and wife Maggie and a grandson, Jeremiah Randolph Jennings.

Funeral Service will be held at 3:00 p.m. Sunday, December 29th at Cowee Baptist Church. Reverends David Powell, Ronnie Branson and Bill Deal will officiate. Burial will be in the church cemetery.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church.

Pallbearers will be Joe Deal, Bill Deal, Jimmy Deal, Adam Drake, Charlie Leatherman and Ronald Allen. Caroll Tallent and Randy's dialysis driving team will serve as Honorary Pallbearers.
