Joseph "Joe" Clifford Fowler, II, 39, of Franklin, passed away Thursday, December 23, 2010.
Born in Tampa, FL, he was the son of Joseph Clifford Fowler and his wife Peggiann and Betty Christy Earnhardt and her husband, Ernie Earnhardt. Joe was a member of Franklin Church of Christ.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by two sisters, Gloria Castetter of Tampa, FL and Justine Carter of Lutz, FL; two step brothers, Dwane Earnhardt and Dennis Earnhardt both of West Palm Beach, FL.
A Memorial Service will be held at 2 pm Tuesday, December 28, at Coweeta Baptist Church. Rev. Davis Hooper will officiate.
Memorial donations can be made to Coweeta Baptist Church Building Fund, C/O Karen Keener, 105 Long Road, Franklin NC 28734
