Obituary
John Doyle Larsen, Sr., 55, of Franklin, NC, passed away on Wednesday, Sept. 20, 2006.
A native of Perth Amboy, NJ, he was the son of the late Harry Larsen and Anne Doyle Larsen. He was a member of Pine Grove Baptist Church. He was formerly employed at Lowe's.
He is survived by his wife of 25 years, Bonnie Larsen Edwards; four children, Kimberly Larsen and fianc� Darian Greene of Franklin, Melissa Larsen of Franklin, John Larsen, Jr. and fianc� Sam Hendrix of Franklin and Diane Petrecca and husband Matt of New Jersey; sister, Joanie Larsen of Oregon; mother-in-law, Margaret DeCamp of Franklin; two grandchildren, Athen Cowart and Nicholas Petrecca; and a number of nieces and nephews.
Funeral Services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, September 23, in the Chapel of Macon Funeral Home. Rev. Greg Rogers and Rev. Johnny Rogers will officiate. Burial will be in the Pine Grove Baptist Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 7-9 p.m. Friday, September 22, at Macon Funeral Home.
Pallbearers will be Lou DeCamp, Matt Keyworth, Doug Keyworth, Jimmy Giles, Sr., Jimmy Giles, Jr. and Rich Sellino.
Macon Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
