Obituary
Jessie Bolton, 96, of Franklin, passed away Wednesday, January 30, 2013.
Born in Belleview, Ontario, she was the daughter of the late Jack Kizer and Mabel Sherry Kizer. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Frank C. Eldredge; her second husband, Charles D. Bolton Jr. and a sister, Iris Slack. Jessie loved her plants and volunteering at Camp Living Waters for several years. She was Protestant by faith.
She is survived by a son, Fred Eldredge and wife Kathy of Franklin; two step-children, Charles Bolton of Florida and Debbie Gibson of Franklin; three grandchildren, Kristin Talley of Franklin, Marlene Lane of Franklin and Amy Clouse of Alpine, TX; six great-grandchildren, Jessica Clouse, Kaitlyn Talley, Emilee Lane, Paige Clouse, Caleb Talley and Chloee Lane.
A Graveside Service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday, February 1st, at Woodlawn Cemetery. Pastor John Makinson will officiate. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to Macon County Humane Society, PO Box 81, Franklin, NC 28744 or one's local church.
