Obituary
Jesse Hoke Meadows, 65, of Franklin, passed away Saturday, June 30, 2012.
Born in Macon County, he was the son of Hoke Meadows and the late Hattie Billings Meadows. In addition to hismother, he was preceded in death by a brother, Tommy Meadows. Jesse was a U.S. Navy veteran.
In addition to his father, he is survived by his wife of 36 years, Donna Mae Silva Meadows; three children, Woody Heatherly of Hendersonville, NC, Teresa McGintey of Lucedale, Mississippi and Tina Perino of Cody, Wyoming; sister, Lucy Smarr of Franklin, NC and Boiling Springs, SC; six grandchildren ; niece Tamara Meadows of Brevard, NC and nephew, Danny Meadows of Clarkesville, TN.
A Funeral Service will be held at 2 p.m. Monday, July 2, in the Chapel of Macon Funeral Home. Rev. Bobby Crawford and Rev. John Makinson will officiate.
Macon Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
