Janice Leavitt King, 54, of Franklin, passed away on Friday, April 19, 2013.
Born in Kansas City, MO, she was the daughter of the late Joseph Grant Leavitt and Earnestine Leavitt. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Kimberly Marie Wilburn and sister, Margaret Morehead. Janice was a loving mother and always put others before herself. She enjoyed camping and going to yard-sales.
She is survived by four sons, Sean S. King, Krispher Eric Prince, Anthony Dean Abrams and Nicholas Matthew Hennequin all of Franklin; sister, Jean Bruce, brother-in-law, Carl Bruce and niece, Melissa Bruce all of Orlando, FL; sister, Ruth Deese and sister-in-law, Anne Irvine both of Asheville; brother, Tom Deese and sister-in-law, Debbie Deese both of Gainesville, FL; nephew, Nick Deese of Miami, FL; niece, Leah Deese of Gainesville, FL and grand-niece, Ava Deese of Miami, FL.
