Jane Knight Cabe, 75, of Otto, passed away on Wednesday, November 17, 2021, at her home.

Born in Macon County on September 6, 1946, she was the daughter of the late Alonzo Franklin Knight Sr. and Myrtle Nora Whitmore Knight.

She is survived by her husband, Zeb W. Cabe of Otto; one brother, Alonzo Franklin "Bo" Knight (Dorothy) of Otto, NC; one son, Michael Shane Cabe of Fuquay-Varina, NC; four grandchildren, Zachary Cabe (Chelsey) of Lillington, NC, Josh Cabe, Rachel Cabe, and Michaela Cabe, all Fuquay-Varina, NC; great grandchildren, McCrae and Barret of Lillington, NC. Also surviving are two stepsons, Brian Cabe (Holly) of Otto, NC, and Arnold Cabe (Toni) of Lake City, FL. Other grandchildren include the late Jackson Cabe and Woody Cabe of Otto, NC, Luke Cabe of Lake City, FL, and Grace Krause (Nico) of New York; and one great grandson, Noah also of New York.

Celebration of Life will be at Pine Grove Baptist church on December 5, 2021 from 3-4 pm.
Rev. Greg Rogers and Rev. Mike Chastain will officiate.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at Pine Grove Baptist Church.
