James Mark Swann, 68, of Franklin, passed away Thursday, June 7, 2012.
Born in Scottdale, GA, he was the son of the late Durwood Swann and Jane Jenkins Swann. James was a US Army veteran and served during the Vietnam War.
He is survived by his wife, Linda Gilliland Swann; brother, Gene Swann of Stockbridge, GA and a sister, Loretta Young of Gainesville, GA.
