James Paul Maddox, 33, of Otto, NC, passed away Monday, September 5, 2016.
Born in Las Vegas, NV, he was the son of Clinton E. Maddox and the late Judy Parrish Maddox. In addition to his father, he is survived by four children, Bridget Maddox of Avon Park, FL, James Paul Maddox Jr. of Lakeland, FL, Ayden Maddox and Zoie Maddox both of Otto, NC; two sisters, Holly Queen of Crawfordville, FL and Tara Quinones of Lake Wales, FL and one brother, Michael Maddox of Sebring, FL.
A Memorial Service will be held in Florida.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the National Breast Cancer Foundation at www.nationalbreastcancer.org .
Macon Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
