Obituary
James Arthur Bowser, 80, of Franklin, passed away Sunday, May 3, 2009.
Born in West Bridgewater, PA, he was the son of the late Edward Bowser and Lillian Fogel Bowser. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by daughter, Carolanne Higdon and son, Bruce K. Klopfer. James volunteered at REACH and was a member of Bethel United Methodist Church.
He is survived by his wife of 28 years, Lois Lee Cook Bowser; five children, Janet Sirel, Edward Bowser, James Bowser, Charles Klopfer all of NY and Deborah Judd of Franklin; two sisters, Dorothy Donnie and Virginia Mohrbacher both of PA; brother, Eugene Bowser of PA; twelve grandchildren and one great grandchild.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
Memorial donations may be made to a charity of your choice.
