James "Jim" Paul Bell, 73, of Franklin, NC, passed away Wednesday, September 24, 2025
Jim was born in Atlanta, GA, to the late William and Helen Bishop Bell
He is survived by his daughters: Donna Smith, Dianna Queen and Brianna Hill; siblings, Vicki Wilson, Steve Bell; grandchildren, Amber Alford, Deanna Flowers, Jacob Queen, Micah Tallini, Andrew Tallini, Abraham Tallini, Isaac Mc Craw; great grandchildren, Chloe Alfrod, Camberlee Seiegman, and Jon Aaron Tallini.
A celebration of life will be held Saturday, October 4th at 1pm at Apalachee Baptist Church in Madison, GA.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the Salvation Army.
