Obituary
Jack Acord, 73, of Franklin, passed away Friday, March 27, 2009.
Born in Mount Hope, West VA, he was the son of the late Darell Acord and Susan Warwick Acord. Jack was a U.S. Marine Corp veteran and was a member of Union United Methodist Church.
He is survived by his wife of 37 years, Betty Gribble Acord; two sons, Franklin Jack Acord and Mark Jason Acord; step sons, Sam Shuler and Michael Shuler; one sister, Ellen Acord and a brother, Everett Acord; and eight grandchildren.
No Services are planned.
