Ingrid Dillevig Wiggs, 67, of Franklin, passed away Wednesday, December 11, 2013.
Born in Macon Co, she was the daughter of the late Olav Arthur Dillevig and Goldie "Evelyn" Waldroop Dillevig. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband and a son, Doug Wiggs. Ingrid spent time sewing, painting, cake making and wood working. She loved animals and her unconditional love was felt by all, especially by those she cared for at Grandview Manor for over 30 years. She felt God carried her through her final trying stages of life. She was best known as "Memaw".
She is survived by a daughter, Jodi Casada and husband Jason of Franklin; son, Kevin Wiggs and wife Julie of Cumming, GA; brother, Michael Dillevig and wife Patti of Lehigh Acres, FL; two sisters, Stephanie Kathy Dieter and husband Arnold of Camden, AR and Deby Hurst of Franklin; five grandchildren, Tiffani Vanhook and husband Rodney of Franklin, Rayven Casada and Dillon Casada all of Franklin, Ansley Wiggs and Aiden Wiggs both of Cumming, GA; two great-grandchildren, Jaiden and Tatem Vanhook; several nieces, nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews.
Visitation will be held from 10-11:00 a.m. Saturday, December 14th at Macon Funeral Home.
