Ikey Gene Collins, 60, of Franklin, passed away on Friday, April 20, 2018.

Born in Macon Co, he was the son of Ruby Guffey and the late J.L Collins. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by seven brothers and sisters, Donnie Collins, Ronnie Collins, Timmie Collins, Sara Collins, Nancy Collins, Glenda Collins and Brenda Hill. Ikey enjoyed mowing working on lawn mowers and tinkering with other small engines. He was Baptist by faith.

In addition to his mother, he is survived by his "always and forever", Kathy Lee and her son, Chris; two sisters, Barbara Thomas and Kathy Kendyll both of Franklin; several nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews and great-great nieces and nephews.
