Obituary
Heather Nicole Waldroop, 24, of Franklin, passed away Friday, September 16, 2011.
Born in Asheville, she was the daughter of Kenneth Wayne Waldroop and Linda Smith Waldroop. Heather was a 2005 Franklin High School graduate, where she was on the swim team. She was formerly employed by Drake Software and Macon Program for Progress. Heather loved music, animals, going camping and spending time with her family.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by her fiancé, Matt Kemp of Franklin; maternal grandmother, Pat Smith of Franklin and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
Funeral Service will be held at 3:00 p.m. Sunday, September 18 in the Chapel of Macon Funeral Home. Rev. Stacy Woods will officiate. Burial will be in the Snowhill Methodist Church Cemetery.
The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
Pallbearers will be Ricky Waldroop, Chuck Dorling, David Kinsland, Roy Smith, Clay Peek and Rick Towell.
