Obituary
Harrie "Tootie" Edwards, 86, of Franklin, passed away on Sunday, May 11, 2014.
Born in Ft. Lauderdale, FL, she was the daughter of the late Harry Deem and Naomi Hannah Ney Deem. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husbands, William Agler, Leonard Banta and Roger Edwards and a grandson, Mark Banta. She was a member of Iotla Baptist Church, serving as a faithful choir member and member of the sew-n-sews.
She is survived by a son, Leonard Theodore Banta, II and wife, Diane of Pooler, GA and one grandson, Gregory Banta of Pooler, GA.
Funeral Service will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, May 13, at Iotla Baptist Church. Dr. Jeff Hensley and Rev. Steve Reeves will officiate. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church.
Macon Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
