Obituary
Harold Douglas Gregory, 80, of Stanley, NC, passed away Tuesday, February 25, 2014.
Born in Macon Co, he was the son of the late Alfred Gregory and Mandie Houston Gregory. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife of 49 years, Nellie Mason Gregory; brother, Troy Gregory and sisters, Ruth Hedden and Ruby Jenkins;. Harold was a US Army Veteran. He attended Sandy Ford Freewill Baptist Church, loved hamm and CB radios, where he was known as PeeWee and enjoyed going to flea markets.
He is survived by a cousin, Ann Clark of Stanley, NC and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral Service will be held at 12:00 p.m. Saturday, March 1st in the Chapel of Macon Funeral Home. Rev. Johnny Norris will officiate. Burial will be in Cowee Baptist Church Cemetery.
The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
