Obituary
Grover Lee Wilson, 68, of Franklin, passed away Thursday, February 16, 2017.
Born in Jackson Co, NC he was the son of the late John Dexter Wilson and Evelyn Woodard Wilson. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by an infant daughter and infant son and two brothers, Harley and David Wilson. Grover was a member of Olive Hill Gospel Chapel.
He is survived by his wife of 46 years, Margie Eddel Martin Wilson; one sister, Ruth Rosenloff of Canyon Country, CA and several nieces and nephews.
Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, February 21st at Riverview Methodist Church. Rev. Pete "Buster" Carpenter and Rev. Barry Bowman will officiate.
The family will receive friends from 1-2:00 p.m., prior to the service at the church.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to Macon Funeral Home to help with funeral expenses, PO Box 1175, Franklin, NC 28744.
Macon Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
