Obituary
Grace Harrison Bennett, 84, of Franklin, passed away Saturday, May 16, 2009.
Born in Putman County, Florida, she was the daughter of the late William Hayes Harrison and Ida Mae Smith Harrison. She retired from Handy Way Food Stores where she worked as a Regional Manager. Grace was a member of Liberty Baptist Church. She loved to knit, sew and crotchet.
She is survived by two children, Walter Martin of Lake Como, FL and Anna Martin Mercer of Franklin; nine grandchildren; four great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
A Memorial Service will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, May 17, in the Chapel of Macon Funeral Home. Rev. Andy Cloer will officiate.
Macon Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
