Obituary
Geraldine Craft Braun, 83, of Liberty, NC, formerly of Franklin, NC, passed away Sunday, January 21, 2018.
Born in Kendall, FL, she was the daughter of the late Jake C. Craft and Betty Jane Kennedy Craft. Geraldine was preceded in death by her husband, Robert William Braun who died October 13, 2003. She trained candy stripers,volunteered at Angel Hospital and enjoyed creating ornaments and ringholders.
She is survived by four children, Lorraine Johnson (Larry) of Liberty, NC, Loretta L. Wolfer (Scott) of Jamestown, NC, Keith Braun (Nancy) of Franklin and stepson Mike Braun (Debi) of Asheville; seven grandchildren; and fourteen great grandchildren.
Funeral Service will be held at 2:00 Saturday, January 27, at Macon Funeral Home. Rev. Jim Kinard will officiate. A graveside service will be held following the Funeral Service with burial in the Woodlawn Cemetery.
The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at Macon Funeral Home.
