Obituary
Genevieve Gale Patterson, 99, of Franklin, entered into rest Thursday, May 19, 2005, at Grandview Manor Care Center.
A native of Brooklyn Iowa, she was the daughter of the late Will Pierson and Mabel Bennett Pierson. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, Emmett Ray Patterson, who died in 1980. Before moving to Franklin in 1989, she was a long time resident of Marion County, FL and Farmersville, TX. She was a homemaker and member of Franklin Seventh Day Adventist Church.
She is survived by two children, Bonnie Branson of Franklin and John Richard Gale of Ocala, FL; eight grandchildren; sixteen great grandchildren; eight great-great grandchildren; and several neices and nephews.
A Memorial Service will be held at 7 p.m. Wednesday, May 25, at Franklin Seventh Day Adventist Church. Pastor Carl Ashlock and Pastor Merle Rouse will officiate.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Holbrook School, P.O. Box 910, Holbrook, Arizona 86025.
