Freda Gail Stone, 63, of Franklin, passed away on Saturday, September 11, 2021.
Born in Jackson County, she was the daughter of the late Clarence Stone and Doris Earlene Dillard. Ms. Stone was a homemaker; she loved cars, writing in her diary and taking pictures and videos of every big and every little moment in her daily life. She was a collector of many things. The most important thing to Freda was spending time with her family.
She is survived by eleven children, Rebeka Smith of Cherokee, NC, Wesley Young of Washington state, Jessica Burrell of Cherokee, NC, Brian Burrell of Franklin, NC, Michael Burrell of Franklin, NC, Diamond Stone of Waynesville, NC, Heather Stone of Franklin, NC, Dannyale Williams of Franklin, NC, Danny Williams of Franklin, NC, Crystal Williams of Franklin, NC and Randy Giles also of Franklin, NC. Ms Stone also has four siblings, Jack Case, David Wayne Case, Sandra Reid, and Brenda Dietz: sixteen grandchildren, and one great grandchild surviving.
