Obituary
Frank T. Stanley, 73, of Franklin, passed away Thursday, January 5, 2012.
Born in Macon Co. he was the son of the late James Monroe Stanley and Jessie Franks Stanley. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Jean Ellen Stanley and seven brothers, Leroy, George, James, D.C., Bill, Cecil and Fred Stanley. Frank loved music and enjoyed to sing. He loved his family and friends and attended Oak Dale Baptist Church.
He is survived by his wife, Nancy Hall Stanley; four children, Judy Marilyn McCoy, Randy Stanley, Steve Ledford and Rodney Stanley all of Franklin; five siblings, Mary Sue Ledford, Bonnie Holbrooks, Chester Stanley, Robert Stanley and Harold Stanley all of Franklin; twelve grandchildren; seven great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, January 7 in the Chapel of Macon Funeral Home. Rev. Guy Duvall and Rev. Tommy Fouts will officiate. Burial will be in Ridgecrest Baptist Cemetery.
The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
Macon Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
