Obituary
Francis "Frank" Xaviar Higgins, 74, of Franklin died Saturday, September 24, 2011.
Mr. Higgins was the son of the late John and Mary Kenniston Higgins. Born in Boston, Mass.; he was a Navy veteran and had worked in quality control. In addition to his parents; he was preceded in death by his wife, Diane Higgins and nine brothers and sisters.
Mr. Higgins is survived by a son, Patrick A. O'Bryan and his wife Asheera of Greenville, NC; and one grandson, Joshua Patrick O'Bryan.
Also surviving are three nephews, Gary and Michael Bergeron of St Petersburg, Fl., and Jim Bergeron and wife Nancy of Gainesville, Fl..
There are no services planned at this time.
