Florence Ledbetter Taylor, 99, of Franklin passed away Tuesday November24, 2020.

Born in Macon County on March 27,1921 to the late Harley and Essie Carpenter Ledbetter.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her first husband Neal Waldroop, then later by husband,
George Taylor, son Terry Waldroop, and a daughter in-law Janey Waldroop. Florence was the last of 10 children of Harley and Essie.

Surviving are her sons Stephen (Sandra) Waldroop, Wade Waldroop, and daughter in-law Wanda Waldroop;
5 grandchildren, Jeffery (Jade) Waldroop, Gregory Waldroop, Brian (Debbie) Waldroop, Angelia (Jeff) Lamb,
and Travis (Jami) Waldroop. She had 8 great grandchildren.

Florence worked at Belden for 17 years. She was also a homemaker and a great cook. She raised 3 sons and
loved her family. She attended Maiden's Chapel United Methodist Church her entire life.

A graveside service will be held Sunday, November 29 at 3 p.m. at Maiden's Chapel United Methodist
Church Cemetery. Rev. Stephanie Thompson will be officiating.

The family requests in lieu of flowers, contributions be made to Maiden's Chapel United Methodist Church.
