Faye Sheffield, 77, of Franklin, passed away Thursday, November 2, 2017.

Born in Crossville, TN, she was the daughter of the late Ray Sherrill and Gladys Barnwell Sherrill. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 56 years, Grover B. Sheffield, Jr. and three sisters, Norma Jean Weaver, Jewell Acock and Mag Turner. Faye was an active member of Snow Hill United Methodist Church. She enjoyed cooking and canning and was a volunteer at Angel Medical Center.

She is survived by two sons, Terry Sheffield and Eddie Sheffield and wife Carol of Franklin; three grandchildren, Blake Sheffield and wife Becca, Lauren Harrell and husband Evan and Kelsey Elders and husband Ryan; 2 great grandchildren, Elin Harrell and Aislynn Luck; sister, Tina Ferry of Crossville, TN; brother, Estell Sherill of Crossville, TN and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral Service will be held 3 p.m. Sunday, November 5, in the Chapel of Macon Funeral Home. Rev. Steve Miller, Rev. Wayne Sheffield and Rev. Clark Sheffield will officiate.
Burial will be in the Snow Hill United Methodist Church Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 1:30-3 p.m. Sunday, prior to the service at Macon Funeral Home.

Nephews will serve as Pallbearers.
