Ennis A. Mashburn, 90, of Franklin, passed away on Sunday, October 29, 2006 after a brief illness.

A native of Macon County, he was the son of the late Amos Mashburn and Cora Jane Holland Mashburn. He was preceded in death by three brothers, Everett, Verlin and Emory; and sister, Eula. He was a Lab Technician at Angel Community Hospital for 18 years and operated a Radio/TV Repair Service for 30 years. He was a member of the Woodmen of the World and the C.C.C.

He is survived by his wife of 64 years, Cleo Lowe Mashburn; two sons, Ronnie Mashburn of Franklin and Terry Mashburn of Columbia, SC; and two grandchildren, Scott of Lexington, SC and Diane of Queens, NY.

Funeral Services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, November 2, at Sugarfork Baptist Church. Rev. Alton Dendy will officiate. Burial will be in the church cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. Wednesday, November 1, at Macon Funeral Home.
