Eloise Olivia Fox Woods, 87, passed away Wednesday, June 22, 2011.

Born in Disputanta, VA, she was the daughter of the late Newton Blick and Ethel Virginia Perrow Blick. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Roland G. Woods and daughter, Patti Fox. Eloise was former Executive Director of The Orange County Bar Association. She was a member of Bert Fish Medical Auxiliary, Angel Medical Center Auxiliary and First United Methodist Church in News Smyrna Beach, FL.

She is survived by her daughter, Stacey Bolon and husband John of Franklin, NC; two grandchildren, Jonathan Lefler and companion Darci Sinclair and Heather Irish and husband Ken and great grandchild, Nick.

A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, June 30, at First Presbyterian Church in New Smyrna Beach, FL.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the Hospice House Foundation, PO Box 815 Franklin, NC 28744.
