Edna Angel Campbell, 91, of Franklin, passed away Saturday, February 28, 2009.
Born in Macon County, she was the daughter of the late Walter Angel and Fannie Mashburn Angel. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Ted Campbell who died June 8, 1994; three sisters and one brother. Edna was the oldest member of Iotla United Methodist Church.
She is survived by five children, Fred Campbell, Joe Campbell, Shirley Shepherd and Clyda Mae Smith all of Franklin and Jean Thong of Columbia, SC; eight grandchildren; and a number of great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
Graveside Service will be held at 2 p.m. Monday, March 2, at Iotla United Methodist Church Cemetery. Rev. Randy Campbell and Rev. Donna Cobb will officiate.
Grandsons will serve as Pallbearers.
