Obituary
Edith Mae Brown Kennedy, 84, of Franklin, passed away Wednesday, November 4, 2015.
Born in Willoughby, OH, she was the daughter of the late Hiram Brown and Lillian Ott Brown. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Roy Kennedy; one son, Larry Kennedy and one brother, Robert Brown. Edith loved cats.
She is survived by her daughter, Judy Kennedy and husband David Gardner of Franklin; one sister, Evelyn Sosensky of Boca Raton, FL; daughter in-law, Pat Diane Kennedy of Gainesville, GA and one granddaughter, Kaitlyn Denise Kennedy.
A Celebration of Life will be held from 2-4:00 PM, Sunday, November 15th at the Creative Designs Salon.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the Rathbun House, Mission Healthcare Foundation, PO Box 5363, Asheville, NC 28813-5363 (mission-health.org)
