Dorothena "Dot" Gregory Holland, 81, of Franklin, entered into rest on Wednesday, December 7, 2005.

A native of Macon County, she was the daughter of the late Lewis and Maude Holland Gregory. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, J.L. Gregory and Edward Gregory. She attended Franklin Church of God.

She is survived by her husband of 60 years, Woodrow Holland; two brothers, Patrick Gregory of Cornelia, GA and Miles Gregory of Franklin, NC; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral Services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, December 10, in the Chapel of Macon Funeral Home. Brenda Angel will officiate. Burial will be in the Sugarfork Baptist Church Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 1-2 p.m. Saturday, at Macon Funeral Home.

Pallbearers will be Jim Bell, Larry Angel, Jeremy Angel, Paul Gregory, Darrell Gregory and Shane Gregory.

Memorial donations may be made to one's favorite charity.

Macon Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
