Obituary
Doris L. Marshall, 88 of Lutz, FL passed away peacefully on Wednesday, October 3, 2012.
Doris was born in Springfield, Missouri to Alfred and Sylvia Meares on October 24, 1923 and she moved to the Tampa area in 1945. She was of the Baptist faith and was a loving Mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. Doris was predeceased by her husband of 71 years; Ralph W. Marshall Sr.
Survivors include her sons, Ralph Marshall Jr. (Kathy) and David Marshall (Bonnie); daughters, Ann Sale and Yvonne Morris (Don); brother-in-law, H.C. Marshall; sister-in-law, Margie Marshall, 9 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren and 1great-great-grandchild.
A visitation was held on Saturday, October 6, 2012 at Blount & Curry Funeral Home, 3207 West Bearss Ave, Tampa, FL, 33618, from 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM.
A Funeral Service was held on Saturday, October 6th at 12:00 PM at the Funeral Home.
In Lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Doris's memory to: Angel Hospice, 170 Church Street, Franklin, N.C., 28734, (828)369-4417.
Macon Funeral Home was in charge of the local arrangements.
