Doris Margaret Alberti, 84, of Franklin, passed away on Friday, June 14, 2013.
She was born in Chattanooga, Tennessee, and was the daughter of the late John Louis Lively and Lona Katherine Eustice. Doris loved bingo and crossword puzzles. She was Baptist by faith.
She is survived by four children, Diane Devlin and husband Thomas of Orlando, FL, Carolyn Holland and husband Ronnie of Franklin, NC, Jerry Catlett of Colorado Springs, CO and Allen Alberti of Miami, FL. She has three step-children Louis, Dewayne, and Debbie Alberti, two sisters, Lila Beard of Reseda, CA, and Ruth Burch of Michigan. Her grandchildren are Cathy and Tommy Devlin of Orlando, Troy and Bryan Burt of Franklin, and Christina, Kari, and Natasha Catlett of Colorado. She also has 12 surviving great grandchildren, one great-great grandchild and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by ex-husband John Mitchell Catlett, her husband Leon Alberti who died in 2010; brothers Harold Lively and Richard Louis Lively, daughter in law Tracy Catlett, and great grandson Ryan Thomas Gomer.
A memorial service will be held on July 16 at the Chapel of Macon Funeral Home starting at 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM receiving friends and 7:30 PM to 8:30 PM memorial service, The Reverend Vic Green and Rev. Joanne Young will officiate.
