Obituary

Dominic Paul D'Ramio, 89, of Franklin, NC, entered into rest on Thursday, February 1, 2006.

Born in Clinton, Mass. he lived in Milford, New Hampshire, Centerville, Mass., Dunedin, FL, then Franklin, NC, which has been his primary residence for the past six years. He was the son of the late Andrew D'Ramio and Antonette Zrisse D'Ramio. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Theresa D'Ramio, his second wife, Mary Ella D'Ramio; daughter, Barbara Whitehurst; and step son, Kent Davis. Dominic retired after 20 years as a distinguished and dedicated Auxiliary Police Officer in Barnstable, MA. He was a craftsman in woodworking; member of Junaluskee Masonic Lodge, A. F. and A.M., past president of the Smoky Mountain Shrine Club, Franklin, NC; Past Master of the Freedom Masonic Lodge, Milford, NH.; and was a member of the Massachusetts National Guard.

He is survived by a sister, Rosina Kiss of Las Vegas, Nevada; one granddaughter, Sandra Cassmeyer and one great grandson, Alex.

Dominic D'Ramio, 89, of Franklin entered into rest Thursday, February 2, 2006.

A Memorial Service and Gathering of Friends will be held at 7:00 p.m. Tuesday, March 14, at the Junaluskee Masonic Lodge, 50 Church Street, Franklin. This service is open to the public.
