Diane Faye Higgins, 51, of Franklin, passed away Sunday, March 15, 2009.
Born in Mount Pleasant, PA, she was the daughter of Elsie Beaupre of Franklin and the late Donald Koontz. Diane was a nurse.
In addition to her mother, she is survived by her husband of 25 years, Francis Higgins; son, Patrick Alan O'Bryan and wife Asheera of Franklin; brother, Donald Koontz and wife Elaine of San Felipe, Mexico and one grandson, Joshua Patrick O'Bryan.
