Dennis Wayne Webber, 66, of Chiefland, Florida, died unexpectantly at his home on Tuesday, October 20, 2020.

A native of Columbus, OH, he was the son of the late Wayne and Marjorie Webber. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by his wife of 35 years, Robin McKay Webber, who passed away on September 25, 2020, a sister, Marcia Woodward, and brother, Steven Webber, paternal grandparents Curtis and Mina Webber, and maternal grandparents.

Dennis relocated to Chiefland, FL, in 1988, where he and his wife faithfully served for over 30 years in Levy County. Dennis served many years as the lead pastor of Forward Church. In addition, he was a well respected coach, mentor, teacher and education administrator and will be sorely missed by all who knew and loved him. Prior to moving to Florida, Dennis was the Youth Pastor at First Assembly of God, Franklin, NC for a number of years.

Dennis is survived by his three children, son Bradley and wife, Amy, of Chiefland, FL, daughter, Brittany, and son, Joshua, both of Gainesville, FL; grandchildren, Tarryn Givorns, Kaitlyn Webber and fiancé, Tyler Harmon, and Ansleigh Webber; and great grandson, Teagan; brother, Jared Webber of Pittsburg, PA, sister, Linda Pinner and husband, Jim Pinner of Abbotsford, British Columbia; also surviving are numerous nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held in Chiefland, FL, on Saturday, October 24, 2020, at 4:00 PM at Release City Church (formally Forward Church). The service will be officiated by Bradley Webber and additional speakers will be Jeff Davis, Almond Gunter, and Adam Gore. Burial will be in Woodlawn Cemetery in Franklin, NC, where he will be laid to rest beside his wife.

The Family will receive friends from 3-5pm, Tuesday, October 27, 2020 at Macon Funeral Home.
