Alice Delcia Carver, 68, of Franklin, passed away Friday, May 20, 2011.
Born in Macon County, she was the daughter of the late Byrd Monroe Collins and Lou Anna Franks Collins. She was preceded in death by four brothers, J.L., Tommy Weaver and James "Ellis" Collins and Furman Franks and two sisters, Mamie Collins and Dorothy Jones. She was a retired CNA and was a member of Windy Gap Baptist Church. Delcia was a very devoted Mamaw.
She is survived by her husband, Bill Carver; three children, Tony Carver and wife Kristy, Debbie Carpenter and husband Robert and Judy Cribbs and husband William all of Franklin; two sisters, Margie Hopkins of Franklin and Eva Nell King of New Port Richie, FL; one brother, Monroe Collins of Franklin; half brother, Victor Franks of Clayton, GA; three grandchildren, Dustin Carpenter, Nicole Carpenter and Kaitlyn Carver and several nieces and nephews.
Memorial Service will be held at a later date at the home.
