David Franklin Crouse, 43, of Kingman, Arizona, formerly Charlotte, NC passed away Wednesday, June 13, 2007.
Born in Hot Springs, Arkansas, he was the son of Carolyn Wright Crouse of Otto and the late Don Franklin Crouse who died in 1989. David was a 1981 graduate of Franklin High School; earned an associates degree in environmental wildlife from Carson Newman College in Jefferson City, TN; and graduated from SCC with an associates degree in water waste management. He was a member of Newman Chapel Baptist Church, Franklin. David was a heavy equipment operator for Ansco & Associates of Charlotte, NC.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by his girlfriend, Shelia Taylor of Charlotte, NC; brother, Keith Crouse and wife Carol Lynn Crouse of Starkville, Miss.; sister, Donna Gordon and husband Bruce of Kingman, Arizona; niece, Leah Crouse of Kingman, Arizona.
A Graveside Service will be held at 1:30 p.m. Saturday, August 11, at Newman Chapel Baptist Church Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 12:30-1:30 p.m. prior to the service in the church fellowship hall.
