Daisy Thomas Corder, 93, of Franklin, passed away Sunday, January 16, 2011.

A Native of Estill Co, KY, she was the daughter of the late Robert Thomas and Minnie Alumbaugh Thomas. In addition to her parents, preceding her in death were her husband, Robert Bryan Corder who passed away in 2002; an infant son, Robert Gordon Corder; four brothers, Fred, Everett, Earl and Raymond Thomas; two sisters, Jewel and Veta Thomas.
She was a retired seamstress and a member of Prentiss Church of God.

She is survived by three nephews, Danny Thomas and wife Katherine of Jeffersonville, KY, Tom Thomas and wife Cathi of Hamilton, OH and Dr. Fred Thomas and wife Teri of Dublin, OH; four nieces, Susanne Thomas Woosley and husband Scott of Waco, KY, Connie Thomas Faris and husband Dr. MA of Cincinnati, OH, Brenda Thomas Creedon and husband John of Hamilton, OH and Ruth Thomas Irvine of Kentucky; two sisters-in-law, Anna Baker Thomas and Christine Winkler Thomas both of Irvine, KY and several great and great-great nieces and nephews.

Funeral Service will be at 1:00 p.m. Thursday, January 20 at Prentiss Church of God. Rev. Tim Hayes and Rev. Don Moffitt will officiate. Burial will be in Woodlawn Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 11:30 – 1:00 p.m. prior to the service at the church.

Pallbearers will be Frank Moffitt, Terry Moffitt, Robby Hartsell, Eddie Bateman, Bryant Phillips, Harvey "Bob" Peacock.
