Cynthia Ann Hoffman, 64, of Franklin, passed away, March 1, 2019.
Born in Paulsboro, NJ, she was preceded in death by her father and step mother, George and Betty Keener Bell.
She is survived by seven children; her brother, William Bell; sisters, Georgeanna Downs and Melody Cooper; and several nieces and nephews.
