Obituary
Curtis Loyd Dodgins, 76, of Franklin, passed away Thursday, February 23, 2017.
Born in Rabun Co, GA, he was the son of the late Howard Dodgins and Lucy Lamb Dodgins. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Barbara Fowler.
He is survived by his wife of 42 years, Linda McClure Dodgins; five children, Terrell Dodgins and wife Teresa of Dillard, GA, Melissa Worley and husband Dean of Candler, NC, Chris Dodgins and wife Flora of Dillard, GA, Stephen Dodgins of Otto and Angela Lamb and husband Jeff of Franklin; fifteen grandchildren; eleven great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral Service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Sunday, February 26th in the Chapel of Macon Funeral Home. Rev. James Smiley will officiate. Burial will be in Mount Moriah Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 1-2:00 p.m., prior to the service at the funeral home.
Sons and grandsons will serve as Pallbearers.
Macon Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
