Constance "Connie" Elizabeth O'Neill, 92, of Franklin, passed away Wednesday, September 11, 2013.
Born in St. Louis, MO, she was the daughter of the late Nicholas J. Powers and Emma E. Montag Powers. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Charles F. O'Neill and son, John Dennis O'Neill. Connie retired after 22 years from Bay Pines VA Hospital in St. Petersburg, FL, as Administrative Assistant. She was a member of Heritage Bell Ringers and Chancel Choir at First Presbyterian Church and the Prime Time Singers. She was always involved in music and at age 16 she was in a musical with Cary Grant.
A Celebration of Life will be held by her family of friends at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, September 17th at First Presbyterian Church. Rev. Kim Justice will officiate.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to First Presbyterian Church Building Fund or Music Department.
