Obituary

Colette Chandler, 80, of Franklin passed away on Thursday, April 11, 2019.

Born in Allenton, PA, she was the daughter of the late John Ehrlacher and Sophia Geraldine Kimak Ehrlacher. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a niece, Bernadette Hollingsworth. Colette was a member of St. Francis Assisi Catholic Church. She was an avid collector, loved going to the movies, jewelry shopping and gardening. She was also a loving aunt and sister and loved spending time with her nieces and nephews.

She is survived by her twin sister, Constance Obispo of Brandon, FL; six nieces and nephews, Anna Maria Popham (Dennis), Kathleen Scanlon (Everett), Constance Pittelli, John Coleman, Ronald Coleman (Andrea), and Colleen Jarman (Michael); and numerous great nieces and nephews.

A Graveside Service will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, April 17, Asbury United Methodist Church Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to American Heart Association, 10 Glenlake Pkwy NE, South Tower Street 400, Atlanta, GA 30328 and St. Francis Food Pantry, 299 Maple Street, Franklin, NC 28734.
