Clara Sue Erwin, 67, of Franklin, passed away Tuesday, February 10, 2009.

Born in Gordon County, GA, she was the daughter of the late Henry Bramblett and Mary Lucille Holsomback Bramblett. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, James Terry "Jimmy" Erwin. She was of the Baptist faith.

She is survived by two sons, Sammy Johnson of Douglasville, GA and Bobby Erwin and his wife Lisa Erwin of Franklin; five grandchildren, Wendy Teal, Erin Johnson, Evan Johnson, Cesily Lantz and Ansley Taylor; three great grandchildren, Lauren Driver, Logan Teal and Jonathan Johnson.

Funeral Service will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, February 13, in the Chapel of Barton Funeral Home in Adairsville. Rev. Jonathan Hannah will officiate. Burial will be in the Plainview Baptist Church Cemetery, Gordon County, GA.

The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. Thursday, February 12, at Barton Funeral Home.

Pallbearers will be Kevin Teal, Evan Johnson, Randy McLendon, Frank Bramblett, Ty Bramblett, Bruce Mealor and Bobby Mealor.

Macon Funeral Home was in charge of the local arrangements.
