Obituary
Spc. Christopher McCraw, 23, of Columbia, MS, died Tuesday, October 14, in Nasar Wa Salam, Iraq.
He was a native of Columbia, MS. Christopher served in the United States Army, Company A, First 21st Infantry Division, second stryker brigade combat team. He was a member of Woodlawn Pentecostal Church, Columbia, MS.
He is survived by his parents, Mary Catherine McCraw and Avon McCraw both of Columbia; son, Isaac Curtis McCraw; sister, Nicole McCraw; brother, Sean McCraw; and his fiancé, Brianna Bell.
Funeral Service was held Friday, October 24, at 10 am in the Woodlawn Pentecostal Church. Interment was in the Foxworth Cemetery, Foxworth, MS with Full Military Honors. Visitation was held Thursday, October 23 at Hathorn Funeral Home, Columbia, MS.
A Memorial Service will be held at 3 p.m. Sunday, November 2, at The American Legion Post 108, Franklin, NC.
