Obituary
Charles Johnson, 82, of Otto, NC, formerly of Umatilla, FL, passed away Saturday, July 7, 2007.
Born in Tupelo, Mississippi, he was the son of the late Charles M. Johnson and Annie L. Smith Johnson. Charles was a U.S. Army veteran of WWII and was a self employed Horticulturist.
He is survived by his wife of 59 years, Flora Hannah Johnson; three children, Brenda Ballagh and husband Brooke of Otto, Breck Johnson and wife Grace of Aster, FL and Jennifer Rosen and husband James of New Prague, Minn.; two brothers, Douglas Johnson of Mt. Dora, FL and Marion Johnson of Apoka, FL; two grandchildren, Ashley Thornberg and Nicholas Rosen both of Minnesota.
Private services will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to a charity of one's choice.
Macon Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
