Charles Degan (Chuck) Foster Jr. was born on September 20, 1944 at Niagara Falls, NY where he enjoyed his childhood years. Chuck moved to Florida at age eighteen and started his career in the construction trade. Chuck married his wife in 1961, Betty M. Foster. They had two daughters, Stephanie Hatt of Pennsylvania and Carla Sample of Franklin who died in 2016. Chuck and Betty moved from Florida to Franklin in 1994. Wife Betty was born in 1936 passed away in 2003. They were happily married for 42 years. Chuck has two grandchildren and three great-grandchildren of Fort Myers and Sarasota Florida. Chuck had one brother and one sister both of Florida, both are deceased. Chuck loved life and helping people anyway he could. He loved motorcycle riding and traveling whenever he had time. Chuck was a good man and will be dearly missed.
